Thanks Rick, the dr gets on to me sometimes and warns me not to get to heavy. He told me after therapy Friday to rest over the weekend because my back muscles were really "tight". Other than that I'm ok.
My son will be coming back from Iraq "soon". haha

Yeah, she went to her gym and went swimming and I went to mine and worked out a little. The short workout I had last night, I'm feeling a little bit today.
I'm not sleeping well and workout tonight will probably be short, if at all. Stress at the workplace. I hope that it is about to ease up a bit. Big job deadline, and we're still receiving stuff that will need to go on our plans. (two big ole ice teas)

Thanks Kris, thanks for the encouragement. I'm still trying to figure out how far I can go as far as weight. I'm having to do high reps because right now I can't go heavy. It's a slow process, but I don't have much choice. I'm hoping to add weight little by little and eventually get back to where I was.

Thanks Kris, the next morning after that last workout I was feeling it. I still have to be semi careful. The last xray showed that all but 1 of the wings on my spine had healed together. wohoo. That one spot was feeling aggrivated a little. My arms still have plenty of strength but I have to keep in mind that my back isn't completly ready yet. darn it.
