Thanks Rick, I appreciate it
If I can just remember not to overdo or do something I shouldn't I'll be fine I think. It's just I'm not as patient as I need to be. I guess I hyperactive'ish.

Tonight was a pretty good night. I started off with 25 minutes of eliptical and burned 148 calories. I also did 4 sets of 15 at 25 lbs, curl machine. Slowly but surely
Dr said that he was going to start me on the resistance bands before long.

Thanks Matt, I went to the Dr today and he added some to the exercises. He seems pleased with the progress. Who knows I may be working out for real by this summer.

Im fine now. Just out of shape.

I took an extra 3 weeks off just to make sure.

I am taking it slow as well getting started again as well. I will be pushing some weight again but will make sure my body goes through and is ready for it.

Not going to do anything stupid with this shoulder. This thing is going to have to become a major part in keeping things loose and in shape. I have to do alot of stretching on it so it does not freeze up.

It's good to hear your doing better. Maybe things will get back to normal. It seems like the site is getting ghostly quiet.
Take it easy and I'll be reading about the Close to a million dollar Mac.

I went and walked on the eliptical tonight for 27 minutes. Burned 184 calories.
Then I went to the tricep machine and did 5 sets of 10 @ 25 lbs. After that I did the exercises prescribed by the Dr.

Thanks Recarp I'm cautiously proceeding with exercises and some machine work. I'm not rushing it. I pay dearly when I do.

Ok, I am now the reciepient of the "DING DONG" of the year award. My son (Contry) and I went to Gander Mtn. yesterday while it was snowing and guess what. It got worse, the snow that is. He's got 4X4 so we didn't have any trouble. But we stopped to help and was there for I don't know how long. Yes I did push on a car (mistake) I didn't get hurt but I'm feeling it this am (soreness). No, I'll never admit how bad I hurt. But get this. We ran across a damsil in distress, and I tried to help her. Till I found out she was going to a guys house to pick him up and she lived in another city about 10 miles away, and that she left after the snow started getting bad. She wanted me to drive her to the guys house, nope ain't happinin. Sorry, but if I wrecked her vehicle guess who would get sued. Yep "ME" and I can't afford the snow much less getting sued. I felt bad about it but I don't know what else I could have done. We (mostly Contry) helped quite a few folks but what do ya do.
By the way I got a strap to carry my muzzleloader and an expandable fishing rod with reel. I told the wife that it would come in handy while we were driving to get the grandson fro Fordyce,Ar. There are a few streams and creeks on the way. Sooo why not try them out.lol
