Everything looks good to me Papaw!! I like seeing you do some of those lower rep sets, I'm a big fan of them!

Thanks for the support. Yahoo!!
I'm just hoping that what I'm doing is the right direction.
I'm starting to do flat bench with low rep sets, hopefully I can get back into benching again.
I've had alot of help from alot of people, and I appreciate it so much.

Thanks Getstrong it's the encouragement I get from everyone that gives me the drive to keep on working out. I see you guys and the effort you put into every lift and I tell myself if they can do it so can I.

MOTAVATION Brothers !!
Had a good day at the gym yesterday, I plan some light cardio this afternoon. I would love to ride but I’m trying to let my bruises heal. A little rehab from the contact sport.
Plan on eating some grilled amimals today too

Motivation, a bodybuilders staple. Must have it to grow.
Sometimes you just have to rest and recouperate. It can be a hard decision to rest.
I love me some grilled grilled animals.
My son and I were gona go shoot some animals today and I realized my hunting lic. was out of date. No lic. not hunt. DANGGGGGGGGGGGG

Pretty good workout last night, I was able to do more benchpress
Flat bench
bar X 10
95 X5
115 X 5
135 X 5 X4
DB flat bench
50 X 5 X 4
might go up next week by 5 lbs
DB incline bench
50 X 5 X 4 thumbs out
50 X 5 X 4 thumbs toward head
50 X 5 X 4 thumbs in
Tricep
25 X 5 thumbs down
30 X 5 X 3 thumbs down
30 X 5 X 4 thumbs in
30 X 5 X 4 thumbs out
Curls
30 X 5 X 4
Hammer strength machine
160 lbs X 5
180 X 5 X 4
Hanging leg raisers
4 sets of 20
Dips on dip bars
3 sets of 10
You know looking back over this I had a better night than I thought. Whew, it makes me tired just to read this.
This morning I got to the office early and did 40 X 5 X 4 decline bench
Hammer curls
40 X 5 X 4
Tonight is leg night I hope I can get the squat machine. I'm not noticing much leg growth. Of course it's just been 3 weeks.
There was no weight change 180.8
Looks like I'm gona have to do somemore cutting of the food.
