Hi Tom,
Tom I was reading “Dirt Rag” and read an editorial comment by a fellow named Tom and his last name was close to your screen name. I was wondering if it was you. The person was protesting an add by the magazine. They had used a picture of dog with a gun to his head saying “if you don’t subscribe the dog gets it” it was a take off from an old National Lampoon cover. Just curious if it was you. Apparently they caught MUCH flack from the add and were apologizing.
The mind and the body are interrelated: what you do to one necessarily effects the other. There must be a balance between the two. If your body is strong but your mind is weak, you are a powerful instrument with no direction; such an instrument rarely produces good. If your mind is strong but your body is weak, then you may be filled with purpose and good intentions but have no strength necessary to act on your impulses. You must strengthen your mind to control your body; and strengthen your body so you can always follow the good directions of your mind.
I like it too even though I just started checking it out, I’d be willing to bet that I eat more animal products than the regular subscriber, but if they laugh at me I’ll challenge them to a pull up contest. LOL
