No disrespect but as body builders this is embedded In our brains. We know the imp of water to filter out the kidneys and other organs. For myself I'm close to two gallons a day. More at times. Was this meant for another forum?

i can hit my protein requirements with 100 pints of beer, and so should all of you. all this chicken and brown rice is a con.

beer has the most anobolic, metobolic, plobifolic, anablipstic, conasepstic proteins know to man! ive heard bsn are going to make a beer protein isolate.

Not knocking your beer intake or possible intake but can you still walk after 100 pints of beer? I can't after 1 or 2 pints. I know its possible that you were using that just for reference.... right?
