Karbolyn is working out nicely I have been reluctant to use any carb drink intra I've been relying on BCAA's as my intra workout drink...this is a nice combo great for the style of workout I do!
strength is coming back and feeling comfortable again these numbers aren't new but when the body gets out of whack the strength suffers...getting back though. Feeling strong a certain confidence for sure I'm in control of all the weight I'm handling now! Tempo work even on leg day!
Legs and the strength is coming back with squats warming up slowing down taking my time...back on 405lbs ATG smith squats.

Nice leg workout actually thought I would get buried doing the 405lbs ATG's didn't so strength is on the up and up next leg session Sun Leg pressing.
Food has been hit and miss last night was fish(swai) tureky, noodles and rice, walnuts,almonds bananas peanutbutter honey, applesauce...olive oil.
