as a few kno i had tendon damage in my left index finger, and i have no had the all clear now so i am back
i am going into MMA so yea i have my boxing background,i have a past in karate just gotta learn about ground control,abit about my self Tom,16,england,14stone (put on 2 stone since injury),6'1
right im just getting back into shape atm so im going to be running for 30-60mins everyday with 5 30second sprints included
when its raining and i cant run i have a circuit ive put together myself looks like this

barbell curls 5x5
barbell rows 5x5
barbell press 5x5
squats 5x5
1 hand dumbell 5x5

tell me your views and what i could improve, btw all workouts i will be wearing a sweat suit

right here goes,
mon:
10x Pushups
10x situps
10x Crunches
10x pushup
20 dorsall raises
circuit (skipping 30mins)

tues: run 30-60 mins with a HIIT 30second sprints at the end x5

wed:10x Pushups
10x situps
10x Crunches
10x pushup
20 dorsall raises
circuit (30min skipping)

thurs:run 30-60 mins with a HIIT 30second sprints at the end x5

fri:10x Pushups
10x situps
10x Crunches
10x pushup
20 dorsall raises
circuit (30min skipping)


sat:run 30-60 mins with a HIIT 30second sprints at the end x5


THIS IS JUST FOR THE FIRST FEW WEEKS WHILE I GET MY FITNESS BACK UP THEN IL SWAP THE CIRCUITS FOR A WEIGHTS CIRCUIT, WHEN I DO START ON THE WEIGHTS I SHALL BE USING METRX-PURE CREATINE
all support welcome and tips for the citcuits or anything

PS. SHOULD I DO THAT CIRCUIT OR A STRENGTH CIRCUIT LIKE THIS

barbell curls x5
