Default Teen Years were great! - 08-12-2011, 09:46 AM

My back never hurt!
My knees never hurt!
I did like 10 bodybuilding contests, broke a national record, world record, and won a national title in powerlifting.
My test levels were sky high and I grew super fast!
Some of the things I did back then diet wise and training wise were so bold.
Didn't fear the weight. I have been pinned in leg presses, stuck under 500lbs in a squat, bikesd 8 miles a day for cardio, and took a ton of fat burners!
Eat it up teenagers while your young!!

LOL! I only wish that I had been a lifter in my earlier years. I think I would have been great. I was very lean and strong for my size...thanks to Dad's child labor around the place

I have a video of me competing in Mr. Tampa Bay when I was 17, and another one when I was 18 that I should post on here. They are on VHS so I need to convert them!
