I understand. I think....If I remember right that I only allowed myself to go up 10 lbs per week on deadlift and I mean I started with just the bar @ ground zero. I think it did good doing it like that at the time.

funny you should mention the bicep thing, We started doing the full pronation curls and you are correct when you lift and twist them bad boys talk to ya...great work biggin

It's not just the supanation and pronation which is the starting point. that we were discussing. it is the actual way the bicep is brought up in a curl position that makes both heads fire. The most common way we do them there is alot of front shoulder that is bringing the bicep up to the curl position.
If I can find a good video of it being done I will post it.

Let me say just one thing about that K-otic by EFX
That shit is the bomb brother. I was soooo pumped yesterday. I did not want to leave the gym. It even kept me focuse through out work yesterday and on into last night when I was studying.
