Default Workout routine for injured rotator - 03-12-2012, 12:00 PM

Can anyone give me a chest routine that's easy on the cuff? Trying to get a good lift in today but don't want to hurt it anymore than it is. Any articles or anything? Stretches to target it And help repair it?

Is it torn? Have you seen a doctor about it? Preferably a sports specialists.

Ive had it before. U need anti inflams and take it easy for a few weeks.after that do warm up rotator excercises before chest and shoulder day.external and internal rotations on a cable machine.

I'm seeing a specialist soon hopefully and its hurting a little bit now but it was a good workout
