Thanks y'all. It would be nice to know my real body fat percentage. But my main concern is definitely just progress.

I guess I'll just stop using percentage numbers and instead only use my weight, inches, my skinfold (mm) and of course my pictures.

Do these pics at this site look accurate as far as bf% is concerned? http://www.leighpeele.com/body-fat-p...nd-percentages

I hate aerobics so I haven't been doing any.
I'm currently using HIT Training the Mike Mentzer way.

New Progress Update:

I've lost 1.2 lbs since last Wednesday - from 254.8 to 253.6.

My skinfold thickness dropped about 2mm.

My waist dropped 0.75" - from 40.5" to 39.75".

I still haven't done any aerobics.

I've been taking Raspberry Ketones (not sure if it's been helping). I also just finished a cycle of M-Stak, which has definitely made me stronger and my muscles feel fuller. My strength usually only increases by 1 rep but with M-Stak, I've been increasing 2-3 reps on each exercise.

I just ordered Animal Stak from IPYU. Let's see what that does for me.

Be careful with "Animal Stak" & and some other "Animal" products. If you are alergic to shellfish and/or Iodine.....DO NOT TAKE IT. Speaking from first hand experience. The "Animal Cuts" and "Ripped" won't hurt you.....but the other mutli-packs they have may do so if you have this alergy. I lost my voice for 2 months in Iraq from taking and Animal product.....

Default Update - 09-18-2012, 08:31 AM

I just ordered some creatine and animal nitro from IPYU so I figured I'd update my progress. See pic below: I'm currently consuming 2,000 calories 6 days a week and one day at 4,600 - 5,000 calories to spike my metabolism and to keep me sane. I eat whatever I want on that day. Also, I stopped eating carbs at breakfast. I wake up at 6am and don't eat carbs until 10am. I still haven't done any aerobics.

I've decided to implement Intermittent Fasting starting today.

I'll be eating within a 10-hour window, from 10am - 8pm. Then next week, I'll narrow it down to an 8 hour window if I can as recommended by Mark at LeanGains.com

I'll be eating all my calories with 3 meals in that time frame.

I'll keep you all posted on the results.
