Back to the daily work grind this week everybody. As I said yesterday I was swamped at work all weekend, but was able to get my meals in. Being in the funeral industry you never know what is going to happen and there is no technical "days off". I was not able to train over the weekend.
Here is my workout routine Friday(Back)
Pyramid Deads: 135x15 warm up 155x10 185x8 225x6 245x4 2895x2
BB rows: 95x15 95x12 95x12 95x12
T-Bar row: 90x15 90x12 90x12 90x12
Pull-downs: 120x15 130x12 140x12
Single DB rows: 45x15 45x15 45x15 45x15
After not doing deads for the last couple of months it felt great to pull 285 and I could definitely feel it the next day. BIG BACK HERE WE COME! I performed deads first because I knew my energy would be spent if I had done them at the end and my form would be sloppy. The rest of my workout was somewhat light because I was more focused on contraction and feel then trying to move heavy weight with bad form

My workout was light near the end because I wanted to use all my energy on the deads because it is such a compound movement and you're using your whole body to pull the weight and it had been months since I did deads so I was a little fatigued. Also using the lighter weight helped me focus more on contraction and really get a feel

Wednesday(shoulders). I've had a little bit of inflammation in my elbow so DB flys I kept light but made sure to keep my form strict to get a good feel
DB flys: 20x15 20x15 20x15 20x15 20x15
DB Press: 45x15 50x12 55x12 65x11 70x7 did a drop and burnt out with 35's
BB front raises: 50x12 50x12 60x12
Hammer Strength Behind the head press: 135x15 135x12 135x12 135x12
Alternated between seated reverse flys and raises. One thing that I have noticed if you face away from the raise machine you get a better feel in your rear and side delts and hits your traps as well
DB Shrugs: 60x10 70x10 80x10
BB Shrugs: 135x12 185x12 185x12
followed up with ab work

Whats goin on everybody! hope y'all had a good 4th and good weekend.
Even though this was a holiday and my birthday weekend I still ate clean and got good workouts in
Thursday(Arms)
EZ Bar curl: 45x10 65x10 85x10 115x8 85x8 65x10 45x10
rope pull downs: 80x10 90x10 110x10 110x10 90x10 80x10
Seated DB curl: 30x10 32.5x10 40x10 32.5x10
EZ bar skull crushers on incline bench: 65x10 85x10 85x10 65x10
Stride preacher curl machine: 70x10 90x10 100x10
Straight bar push downs: 100x10 110x10 130x10
cable curls: 65x10 75x10 85x10
One thing I have come to realize is that there are many different variations when it comes to arm routines. Everybody should stick to what they feel hits their bi's and tri's best. What one routine might do for somebody might not do the same for someone else

Friday was a nice heavy back workout. I have found for the past couple weeks I have been doing heavy pyramid deads at the beginning and have been increasing strength every week in my other workouts as well. I feel that doing deads at the beginning and adding them to your routine helps activate every muscle and the dormant muscle fibers that do not get hit when you do regular training. Also I feel that it helps with back thickness.

Dead Lifts: 135x15 155x12 185x10 205x8 235x6 295x4 305x2(PR) HELL YEA! hopping to get my max up to 405 by the end of August

BB ROW: 95x15 115x12 135x10 155x8 95x20

T-Bar row: 90x12 90x12 90x12 90x12

Pull downs: 120x12 140x12 160x12 180x8

One arm DB rows: burned out doing 4 sets of 45 till failure then followed by 30 min of cardio on the treadmill

Since saturday was my birthday and my cheat meal that night I wanted to get in and get a good overall pump workout in and do 45 min of cardio. I ate clean all day then when it was time for birthday/ cheat meal dinner I went balls to the wall.

Went to Texas de Brazil in Tampa and lets just say I became a gluton and ate everything in sight along with a few Jameson and sprites were flowing pretty easily.

What up everybody! Hope everyone is relaxing this weekend. I got a little derailed in my training this past week since I had my final today and developed a huge canker sore which has limited what I can eat and how I feel. Today though I feel pretty good though and gonna hit arms and cardio today. Also I know I've been slacking on the boards all together, but now that my finals are done for the summer ill be posting more and answering more of your questions

155x12 185x10 225x8 275x6 305x4 345x3
Not bad for not being in for a week if I don't say so myself. I promise y'all ill be more active with this and ill have everything from pics and vids of training throughout the transformation at the end

I took a hiatus for the last week because of sitting down in front of a computer and writing is the last thing that's been on my mind after doing it in summer semester with school but I'm refreshed and feel good and ready to start kicking ass on the forum and getting more people hooked on LG

What up everybody! I haven't forgotten about y'all. I have everything saved up and gonna show you my before and after pictures from taking the C2K. Not many people are willing to do hard work and put time into diet to make a transformation. Everybody always wants the quick fix. I can tell you that its not the way things work. TO GET RESULTS YOU NEED TO PUT IN SOME F@C%IN WORK!.

Here are the before photos:
its gonna take a min. Its not allowing me to load them from the computer because of the site.
