Hello, I just discovered this website. I really like what I see. I've been training for over 40 years (I'm 59 now). I love training as much today as I ever did. My only complaint is that I can't train as heavy as I once did because I seem to injure myself so easily. Anyway, these are some recent pictures taken within the last 18 mo. or so.

Liftin weights, and eatin steaks!

If you're not going to enter the pain zone on leg day, you might as well go play hopscotch in the parking lot of your gym.

Thanks so much. I love your saying, "Liftin weights, and eatin steaks."
Man, that's how it was when I was younger, now it's more like "Liftin weights and eatin chicken breasts!"

Thanks. I had gallbladder surgery 2 weeks ago and the doctor told me no weight for 4 weeks. I'm going crazy not being able to train. I did go out last night to my home gym and did some light machine stuff. (don't tell my wife!)

I can imagine. My wife gave birth to our little girl 2.5 weeks ago and she is a big gym junky, worked out the entire pregnancy almost, so shes going crazy not being able to train right now.

These are some pictures of the condition that I was pretty much in from my mid 20's to about 2 years ago. I weighed anywhere between 215-225 in these pictures. My more recent pictures show me at about 193. These pictures are taken in my home gym (pretty proud of it!).
