Slowly working my way into a fall/winter bulk.

Workouts are just whatever I feel like doing. My day job has way to much structure and I want to keep this fun for now

Several workouts before this one, but nothing huge to report as I was feeling a little on the ill side. Still managed to hit the gym 4 times last week even thought I felt like shait.

12 lbs is 12 lbs, at least it's in a positive direction. Those shoulder injuries are hard to deal with mentally as well as physically, at least it has been for myself.
