At this rate I'm thinking you'll probably get there before summer. Your statement is a little backwards but it's the exact same way I do it too. I blast the hell out of my triceps and I believe it helps me tremendously with my chest weights going up. Most people do the opposite but hey why be a follower

I certianly hope I make it before summer. I want the biceps big enough to show up but for some reason I work the tri's more. I guess that's just something I'll have to work on.
The Dr. is going to step up the exercises with resistance bands if the xray's he took today come out ok. He said he was going to do that, and get me back to doing squats and deadlifts, the probably cut me loose.
I'm probably going to keep going and getting my back and pelvis adjusted every now and then.

How's the leg press feel on the back? I'd imagine some discomfort after your accident

Either way...keep pushing papaw!

The Dr. has been giving me exercises to strengthen my back muscles, also I've been walking and doing the eliptical. He's working with me right now with resistance bands. Next week I'll be using the thicker resistance band. Also I do the leg press slowly as not to jerk the back around. I try to make it a smooth motion.

I try and keep my back against the pad like you say, I have to keep the weight fairly light to do so though. The Doc. suggested that I rest this weekend, my back was really tight this a.m.
