Hey! what ya say Fearnonebutone, Yep still at it. I don't see me quitting anytime soon. I got to compete again this year, brought home more than just the t-shirt this year. Right now I'm planning to do it again next year (barring any unforseen injuries). My workout buddy has been pushing the "intensity" along with the heavy weight to build muscle.
Next year is my 40th wedding anniversery, it'd be sweet to bring home the gold. Thanks for stopping by. Keep on coming by. It's nice to talk with friends.
