Default Blackberry, and Loosing Weight. - 09-12-2012, 05:58 AM

Well blackberry are best for weight loss, and overall health. In moderation though because of the little sugar. I read about a 3 year clinical study once at a medical center, where the participant were put on an extreme medium calorie diet and they almost all used blackberry to help curb hunger pain.
