5 days is fine. Rest on the weekends or if it's not on the weekends, fit in 2 rest days somewhere.

Good job Tom! Keep up the good work. I'm glad you've found something that you're good at and that you enjoy to work out with.

Do work!

-only 2 egg whites for breakfast? your not getting nearly enough protein from that. at least make it 2 whites and one whole egg.(which is still bad, but babysteps)

-eat that lunch regardless, its been 5-7 hours since breakfast and your body needs it.

-take the shake post workout. but your diet is severely lacking in protein in the first place, you need to add more in your daily intake.(my five year old daughter eats more a day than you do)

-throw in one more protein based meal for dinner. try to not put any carbs in it though, protien+healthy fats

you need to eat more often as your body is going into starvation mode and is holding on to the fat.
drugs are not the right way to go about it, one they are illegal, 2 its dangerous to your health and you will more than likely end up in hospital,3 any fat loss that would occour would be put back on as soon as you stop

If you want to lose weight you usually will want to do anaerobic exercise.
Lifting weights may build muscle mass but running is a full body workout and will burn more fat.

Supposedly walking actually helps burn more fat than running however it takes much more time out of your day. I started running 2 months ago and stopped eating unhealthy food and have already went down from 250 to 225 running about 3-4 miles 5 days a week and lifting 3 days.

areobic not anaerobic

Anaerobic

is a technical word which literally means without air (where "air" is generally used to mean oxygen), as opposed to aerobic.

Aerobic
is an adjective that means "requiring air", where "air" usually means oxygen.

Aerobic may also refer to:

* Aerobic exercise, prolonged exercise of moderate intensity
* Aerobics, a form of aerobic exercise
* Aerobic respiration, the aerobic process of cellular respiration
* Aerobic organism, a living thing with an oxygen-based metabolism

Bicycling is a great way to see the outdoors, take in the fresh air, or simply get around town. Itís also an efficient way to burn excess calories, shed body fat and improve cardiovascular health. Depending on your body weight and the intensity of your ride, you will probably burn some where between 400 and 500 calories on a one hour bicycling trip.

Walking on the treadmill at high incline burns alot of calories and wont be so bad on knees..riding the stationary bike alone I've noticed you dont get a good burn but yeah but fresh air just very good for cardio.

It is really good an better way of exercising and it is better from so many exercises I also use road biking and it is really amazing and have a great impact on the health. Losing fat and growing muscles by using different exercises is good but we need to to have the perfect diet that helps us to make and charge the body I like your way of becoming more fit keep it up.
