Good luck with that knee brother..workout looked good though...Strong sode laterals..i have been working on those myself..tough exercise

Figured I would get this thing back up and running. Today was leg day.

Seated Leg Curl- 85x20, 115x12, 130x10, 145x8 Drop 85x8

Box Squat- 225x20, 275x15, 315x8 (Trying to regain strength on these. Goal for now is 315 for 20!)

Hack Squat- 135x15, 185x15, 225x15
Superset
Leg Press- 3 pps + 25 x 10, 10, 10

Lunges- 95x8, 8

Leg Ext- 90x15, 100x12, 100x12

Hip Adduction- 100x20, 110x20, 120x20
Superset
Hip Abduction- 100x20, 110x20, 120x15

Calf Press- 5 sets

Stretch afterwards

Looks like you got a good plan going. Best of luck getting going again, you have the tools and the knowledge so it's just a matter of time till your killin it again.
