Arms, Chest and legs all three were great workouts starting to get my groove really going! I was asked to compete in the summer but not going to do it! I will start working on losing more body fat but right now trying to get some size from this strength increase I feel coming on!
Breaking my leg workout into 2 sessions was a great idea the legs are getting hammered without just killing myself leg pressing to work on the lower part of my legs....upper foot placement on the leg press to stress the hams a little more then a nice full ATG squat on the smith machine to make it all good!(light nothing over 135 for feeling)
Leg extensions lying seated leg curls warm up!
Tempo time under tension whatevers clever all I know is if smoke could be seen coming from my legs this would have done it!
10:5:10, 10:10 5:5:5 between the tempo stuff I would do normal reps intensity comes in all shapes and sizes...always strive to increase your intensity stop going through the freakin motions!
Leg press/ATG squats/stiff leg deads(giants)
leg press 4 45lb plates x50
leg press 8 45lb plates x50
leg press 12 45lb plates x20/ATG squats x20/ stiff leg deads 135lbs x20
leg press 16 45lb plates x20/ATG squats x20/ stiff leg deads 135lbs x18
leg press 18 45lb plates x20/ATG squats x20/ stiff leg deads 135lbs x16
leg press 20 45lb plates x20/ATG squats x12/ stiff leg deads 135lbs x12
leg press 22 45lb plates x16/ATG squats x10/ stiff leg deads 135lbs x12
leg press 10 45lb plates xfailure
Seated leg curls
150lbs x failure
leg extensions
180lbs x failure
Seated calf extension
200lbs x30 x4 (between sets no weight donkey calf raises)
smoked It's more volume with the warm up sets but already looking forward to Wed or thurs leg session Squatting will be the focus!
starting to feel solid again strength up a little next week plan to hit the 24 45plates for reps
Hopefully the Test Charge kicks into gear!

Okay so suddenly I'm feeling the Test Charge...hormonal changes happen through increased oily faces...acne and mood changes! The last 2 days mood has been closer to the aggravated side skin is a little oily and recovery has increased.
Mood for me is the one thing I have working for me I'm pretty laid back slow to really let things bother me instead I remove myself from situations as I can see it well up in me. Yesterday was my off day and needless to say I stayed away from my wife cause I could feel an argument brewing!
1-Strength/Rep: Feeling solid strong a week in and bam it's here!
2-Sustained Workout Energy: Feeling the effects of both Test Charge and Karbolyn!
3-Focus Enhancement: Focus in with a clear feeling with whats happening now planning on utilizing this strength increase for better gym production.
4-Pumps : pumps have been great should notice increased pumps going forward!!!strength increase fatigue not an issue...more volume shorter rest periods better pumps.
5-Side Effects: Some oily skin mood changing nothing bad all in check!
6-Taste: Love the taste got a little like ginger...cinnamon.
7-Overall assessment: A week in and it's time to do work I'm finally feeling this kick in big time!
Okay I have tried a lot of natural supplements Test boosters are hit and miss I look for the subtle changes mood oily skin acne for hormonal changes so far this is hitting those changes.
Three weeks to go!

okay like I said before it's the subtle things you have to look for when you use anything a lot of people base products around things like a caffeine buzz...some products aren't as immediate and need time in your system. About a week in and things are starting to get better.
Strength manifest itself in higher reps, time under tension, rest pause and endurance! I am starting to see these improve!
Hammer strength chest press/Wide grip hammer strength pulldowns! (all tempo work slow controlled up and down)
HSWide chest press/ 2 45lb plates x20 hold squeeze
WGrip pulldown/ 2 45lb plates x20 hold squeeze
HSWide chest press/ 4 45lb plates x20 hold squeeze
WGrip pulldown/ 4 45lb plates x20 hold squeeze
HSWide chest press/ 6 45lb plates x16 hold squeeze
WGrip pulldown/ 6 45lb plates x16 hold squeeze
HSWide chest press/ 8 45lb plates x12 hold squeeze
WGrip pulldown/ 8 45lb plates x20 hold squeeze
HSWide chest press/ 10 45lb plates x6 hold squeeze
WGrip pulldown/ 10 45lb plates x8 hold squeeze
HSWide chest press/ 10 45lb plates x6 hold squeeze dropset 8 45lb plates x10 6 45lb plates x12 4 x16
WGrip pulldown 10 45lb plates x8 dropset 8 45lb plates x12 6 45lb plates x14 2 45lb plates x18
Incline bench single arm DB pess/ DB rows One side at a time finish incline press straight to db row
incline bench db 70lbs x20 / DB row 100lbs x20
Incline bench db 80lbs x16 / DB row 110lbs x 18
Incline bench db 90lbs x12 / DB row 120lbs x14
the rest was more pressing and rows nothing major I'll be hitting both again Sat.

strength is coming back and feeling comfortable again these numbers aren't new but when the body gets out of whack the strength suffers...getting back though. Feeling strong a certain confidence for sure I'm in control of all the weight I'm handling now! Tempo work even on leg day!
Legs and the strength is coming back with squats warming up slowing down taking my time...back on 405lbs ATG smith squats.
Leg extension lying leg curl warm up slow tempo
Squats Smith ATG
135lbs x20
225lbs x20
315lbs x16
405lbs x14
225lbs x12 x2 (pause at the bottom 4 secs)
Leg press machine (reps)
300lbs x100
500lbs x30
Free motion Squat machine
200lbs x20
300lbs x16
400lbs x12
leg press (single leg)
4 45lb plates x 16 x2 feet place high hamstring work
Stiff leg cables
150lbs to failure x2
Db stiff leg
50lb db x failure
Leg extensions
Nice leg workout actually thought I would get buried doing the 405lbs ATG's didn't so strength is on the up and up next leg session Sun Leg pressing.
Food has been hit and miss last night was fish(swai) noodles and rice, walnuts, almonds bananas peanutbutter honey, applesauce...olive oil.

Strength off a little yesterday but that has more to do with my low carbing for about 2 days strength still feels solid and recovery is clicking!
Sleep is hit or miss but that has more to do with the huge carb intake in the evenings(night sweats) so all is good.
Yesterday was a nice workout this time no BCAA's just the Karbolyn and great workout...it was about 60 degrees in Va yesterday and the sweat was pouring! Little rest between sets back workout!
Straight arm pulldowns
60lbs x20
80lbs x20
90lbs x20
100lbs x20
Wide grip pull downs (hold 5sec at botom)
180lbs x12
200lbs x12
220lbs x12
250lbs x12
Close grip pull downs
200lbs x12
220lbs x12
250lbs x12
Deadrows (deadlift+rowing movement pull weight up come back down row back down to deadlft)
135lbs x20
225lbs x12
315lbs x4
275lbs x8 225lbs x8 185lbs x12 135lbs x16 x2
Single arm tbar row
45lb plate x12
2 45lb plates x12
3 45lb plates x8 2 45lb plates x12(hold 5 secs at top) 1 45lb plate x12(hold and squeeze 5 sec)
DB rows (pull to lower stomach feet together)
120lbs x failure
70lbs x failure
Close grip cable standing high row(stretch hand down pull and squeeze just below chest)
80lbs x12
90lbs x12
100lbs x12
My dead row numbers seem off a little but like I said this has everything to do with 30 grams or less carbs for about 2 days...315lb deadrow has been at 8 reps in the past I was looking for at least 12 this week.
So far strength is solid as I'm doing a lot tempo work 5 sec holds so all is good!
