Hello all,

I have been training for about 10 years now but have now decided to get into body building. Went to all the usual suspects in the gym and asked tons of questions then got a trainer to sort me a programme. Am now on my 3rd programme with him (over 4 & a bit months) and no results. He can't work out why???????? any ideas on how to get on the right track? Diet is proper sorted too! I'm happy to work real hard too, not scared of 'discomfort' either!

thanks in advance.
