Yeah everyone is different again you can't tell me that you don't eat a cheat meal. Know one does. what about thanksgiving Christmas Vacations Etc...... Saying you don't cheat on any meals is like saying you don't or never have masterbated.

I agree on a regular day but as far as special occasions you need to do those. Now not make a pig of yourself but at least enjoy them. Also if you are training or in training I can see where you would not cheat.

because i am bulking, and eating crap food kills a bulking diet. Studies show if you can do something 19-21 days you create habits, and vise versa.

That is what we are trying to say. It is okay to cheat once a week. You were telling us ..or what I understood you saying is that you never cheat not even once a week. I see what you are saying and agree.

Saturday mornings, my cheat meal is a doughnut. I always try to limit it to Two. I also like bar-b-que like a big plate of brisquit smothered in sauce. Brownies ALAMode or Apple Pie ALAMode. Schwann's has a turtle cheescake and a key lime pie that are mean.

I plan my cheat meal all week sometimes. If I am craving pizza or something it goes well to know I have a meal I can eat it.

I read something about you should cheat before a workout not on an of day and it made since. Does anyone else do that or when is you cheat day? I have been doing it on Saturday since I do not lift or cardio that day. Seems stupid now.
