Am Cardio

2 scoops BSN syntha 6

Tuna on whole wheat, cottage cheese for lunch here in a bit… probably some fruit too for some more carbs

I've kinda just been posting my current meal whenever someone bumps the thread.

Just had a double turkey burger on whole wheat bread. Mixed a tsp of ketchup with tsp of chipotle sauce. Toasted. Slice of watermellon on the side.

Dinner! 8-ish ounces of baked steak! 1 cup broccoli, 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 serving of wheat noodles in natural pasta sauce. 16oz water.

My din din consisted of 3 manwich's, 40 ounces of H2O, 3 laffy taffy's and American Chopper Jr vs Sr. It was a clean meal, as there was nothing left on the plate.

Tonight was a #6 McD's style. Not a good diet. Need to clean up a lil. But damn I am hungry and 50 reps of your 5 rep weight (10 sets) burns some calories.
