Sittin down with: 6.5oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 4 Slices Arnolds Bread, 1 Cup Broccoli, an Apple and a endless cup of water. Also Tossed down my Animal Flex Supp and a Fish Oil.

Breakfast for me is 60 grams oatmeal 1/2 pint semi skimmed milk and one spoon of sugar pretty boring breakfast
