Good stuff here bro!! I do this frequently, the oats will simply absorb the taste of the protein, you only notice the little flakes as the difference. Solid move in my opinion bro!!

Yeah it is high compared to normal bread. But I generally only have 1-2 slices per day. If at any meal you could sub this bread in place of the whole wheat, that would help too.

When I said 100% whole wheat is next best to Ezekiel, it actually is a pretty distant 2nd imo. But still way improved over white bread.

Just keep up the good work though. I'm excited to hear every time you make progress!

THANKS GETSTRONG AND RICK, I STILL HAVE TO GO GET THE BREAD I'M USING UP MY WHOLE WHEAT STASH NOW.
I HAD CHEAT DAY SATURDAY; NOTHING EXTRAVAGANT, JUST A SKINNY COW OR TWO.
YOU'D BEEN PROUD OF ME YESTERDAY; I REFUSED TO EAT BIRTHDAY CAKE AND KEPT ON THE DIET. I DIDN'T HAVE ANY WEIGHT LOSS THURSDAY SO I THOUGHT CHEAT DAY AND BUCKLE DOWN AND GET AFTER IT MONDAY. I'M STARTING TO GET A LITTLE VASCULAR WHEN PUMPED UP IN MY ARMS AND BICEPS. I CAN ALSO SEE THE OUTLINE OF THE SIXPAK ON THE SIDES OF THE STOMACH AREA.

I'VE BEEN THINKING ABOUT WHAT I'VE BEEN EATING AND NOT EATING. IS SOME OF WHAT I'M EATING KEEPING ME FROM MAKING PROGRESS.
I'M GONA LIST ALL THE MEATS AND VEGGIES I'VE EATEN AND I WANT TO KNOW WHAT YOUR THOUGHTS ARE.
MEATS:
BEEF ROAST
PORK ROAST
PORK CHOPS
HAMBURGER (GRILLED AND FRIED)
STEAK (COOKED IN A SKILLET AND IN AN OVEN)
CHICKEN BREAST (ROASTED AND GRILLED)
DEER MEAT (COOKED IN AN OVEN)

VEGGIES:
GREEN BEANS, CARROTS, CORN, ASPARAGUS, SWEET POTATO

I'VE ALSO EATEN SOUPS WITH A VARITY OF THINGS IN EM. MOSTLY THE "LIGHT" SOUPS.
I'VE IT'S BEEN SUGGESTED THAT I "SHOULDN'T LOSE TO MUCH WEIGH". IS THAT BECAUSE I NEED THE WEIGHT TO BUILD MUSCLE?
THANKS FOR ANY SUGGESTIONS.

BEEF ROAST
PORK ROAST
PORK CHOPS
I'd say all of the above are not helping you as there could be too much fat in there.
HAMBURGER (GRILLED AND FRIED) Fried....NO! Grilled, is better, but still might not be cooking enough fat out.
STEAK (COOKED IN A SKILLET AND IN AN OVEN) I'd say it depends on the marbling in the steaks. The less visible fat the better for weight loss, but it does take away from the flavor.
CHICKEN BREAST (ROASTED AND GRILLED) Great!
DEER MEAT (COOKED IN AN OVEN) As long as it's not breaded it should be okay.

Everything on the veggies except the corn. Corn although tastes great, I steer clear except on cheat days. I love grilled corn on the cob!

If the soups have flour in the base, that's not going to be good. Neither will white potato in the soup or base.

That is correct about losing weight can/probably will lose muscle. That is why people go on "bulks" to build, then later cut. But it's my opinion after you get your fat level to an acceptable level, you can go on a lean(er) bulk and make decent gains.

Honestly, I don't lift huge weight imo, but I look better than I probably have my entire life. I do feel small at times, but pool time changes my mind

Beef Roast is okay as long as it does not have way to much marbling before it is cooked. and it is top sirloin Roast. Most basice chuck Roasts are really fat. and not good but to cook the meat all the way down.

Now onto pork. Pork loins are a great source of protein. If cut in a 10 oz slice it is actually less fat (when trimmed) than a large chicken breast and more protein. Pork Chops are okay again as long as the fat is trimmed before cooking.

Pork Roasts or Boston Butts reserve those for Cheat days

I have all sort of ideas for making pork taste better when trimming the fat out. it can be dry if not cooked right.
