I'VE GOT TO SEND SOME UPDATED PICS. UP UNTIL THE WEEKEND I WAS AT 193.6 IF I REMEMBER RIGHT.
SATURDAYS DIET
PROTEIN DRINK 5:15AM
8:00 INSTANT OATMEAL
10:00 THE REST OF THE TURKEY SALAD
CANT REMEMBER WHAT ALL I ATE, IT'S BEEN A BLURR.
I WENT FISHING SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND HAD A GREAT DAY. I'LL POST PICTURES
LATER ON.
SUNDAY WAS JUST LIKE SATURDAY EXCEPT I HAD CHICKEN AND VEGGIES AT 10:00
MONDAY WAS WORSE DIET WISE.
STARTED OFF WITH 2 EGGS POACHED AND 1 SLICE OF WHOLE WHEAT BREAD AT 8:45.
I GOT STARTED PAINTING ON THE HOUSE AND DIDN'T EAT TILL AFTER 12:00. DIET WENT DOWN HILL FROM THERE.

Papaw, it's my opinion that you need a little bit of carbs in your early meals especially. Your brain will thank you (it needs/craves carbs) and it helps kick start the metabolism more than the other 2 imo. Opinions may vary here, but this works well for me.

So try to get that slice of wheat bread (or Ezekiel if you ever found any). Everything else looks pretty good.

Not sure about the fat grams in the sugarless icecream though....might look at that.

But that said, you are doing great! Keep up the good work!

....oh and if toast or a slice of wheat bread isn't convenient, if you are mixing your shake in blender, throw some raw oats in there. That will help too!
