Well good thing I put blueberries in my oatmeal and yogurt, none for you! haha. People who haven't tried pickled beets get weirded out by them, even those who have still do. Oh well, again, more for me!

+1 on the greekyyogurt. little lemon juice and cucumber and eat it over chicken. I mix in some fresh time and rosemerry from the back yard garden.

The mind and the body are interrelated: what you do to one necessarily effects the other. There must be a balance between the two. If your body is strong but your mind is weak, you are a powerful instrument with no direction; such an instrument rarely produces good. If your mind is strong but your body is weak, then you may be filled with purpose and good intentions but have no strength necessary to act on your impulses. You must strengthen your mind to control your body; and strengthen your body so you can always follow the good directions of your mind.

I like Greek Yogurt. What the hey? Much better than regular yogurt, but regular yogurt subs pretty good for sour cream.

I know you are trying to turn this thread downhill too, but fortunately Rick rescued it! haha.

I don't know if it's in the store by you guys, but I always grab a few Chobani greek yogurt cups when I'm shopping. Most flavors are pretty good, like 14g protein in there as well which is 2-3x the regular.

I gotta try what Kick mentioned too, sounds good.

You know me… My wife actually just stocked our fridge with Dannon Greek the other day. 5.3 oz, 80 cal, 15 g protein, 0 fat, 6g sugar. Thats for the plain, she actually got some that has fruit added too. I cant eat those unless it the only ones we've got. The fruit never tastes right. gotta add in my own fresh fruit...

I'll have to check out the Dannon Greek, as I said, I had been buying the Chobani because I looked at a few others and they didn't have as much protein. Wait a second, 15g pro, 6g sugar, 80 cal? I don't know if that adds up.... quit trying to ruin the thread with your cursed yogurt!!! hahaha.
