No idea what cheese it was. Just a low fat one my mum had (forever on a diet). Probably just low fat cheddar.

Alright Mikey, I built on your recipe and tweaked it.

I didn't measure exactly, but I am pretty close I think. This is also for a double batch.

2 cans tuna
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/4 cup diced celery
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced bell pepper
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese(I used fresh, not the powder stuff)
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
if you like spicy, 1 tsp crushed red pepper, or 1/2 tsp cayenne.

Mix in large bowl. Use your hands people, you get dirty, but it's easier.

After that, I guess you can do what you want. I formed 8 golfball sized balls. Heated a nonstick pan sprayed w/ veg oil and placed the "balls" in the pan. Once they started to sizzle a little bit I pressed them flat(about 3/4" thick), let them cook for a while, then flipped them over and finished the other side.
It'll be a lot easier if you don't cook them all at once since there won't be enough room in the pan, unless you have a huge pan.

I made them for the GF and she thought they were amazing, considering they aren't that bad for you, and they cost about $3 for the whole batch.
