ok its been a while but i've gotten a whole lot stronger on my weekest points and a little stronger on my bench which was my best excersise. my weight has been fluxuating between 140-146, but my bf seems to be lowering again
before i wasnt doing any deadlifts or squats due to torn meniskis in my knees, but i've been doing them for 2 months and my knees have really improved

before 3/07-
bench 1rm-205
dumbell bench x10- 60lbs each hand
squat- 130
deadlift- 145

now 5/07-
bench 1rm- 210
dumbell bench x10- 75 each hand
squat- 200
deadlift- 220

I actually did confuse you with another member here, but I do see 2 steroid threads by you. I hope you stay away from that stull for a few more years.

Question confused but happy - 05-09-2007, 06:09 PM

lately i have been doing my squats with about 200 for 8-10 reps but today i tried the smith machine for the first time and was amazed how easy it is, if the bar is 15 like i thought then i started with 105x15 , 195x12 , 245x10, then i did 275x 8. i was just amazed how much easier the smith machine was. Is this kind of jump normal when going from freeweight to smith
