so i'm a total loser and have been riding the couch eating chips and the only workout i have done is my fingers with my phone. lmao i suck! getting a late start back on april first im hoping but i wanted to check in and let it be known i'm still alive!

Stuff happens though; we've all been through a training hiatus at some point or another when other endeavours take priority in our lives. Training just doesn't come first when life starts getting on top of you. Things need to be done, rent needs to be paid, career needs to be pursued.

Some of the 'hardcore' guys will say that you're making excuses, but some people simply don't live in reality. Not everyone is the same, and not everyone can find the motivation, or the focus at certain points in their lives due to other, more pressing matters coming into play.

And not being funny, but if you're a natural trainer, then you won't see a dramatic loss in gains. At worst, you'll be slightly out of condition and you'll just have to break yourself back in for a few weeks when you do get back to the gym.

If you make the gym your entire world then you are one sad bastard in my opinion. But that is just my opinion...

So, anyway, why haven't you been in the gym then? You lazy sod!
