I've never used it either. Sodium is pretty high, however if you are taking in enough water the sodium shouldn't be much worry. When I'm bulking, I honestly pay no attention to sodium content. When I'm cutting though, it's a whole different ballgame.

Real Gains by Universal Nutrition is a very good gainer. I go through that stuff like crazy! Plus it's pretty cheap, but high quality.

If you're not going to enter the pain zone on leg day, you might as well go play hopscotch in the parking lot of your gym.

The label promises so much, yet the nutrition tells a different story. your better off buying a good blender, and a good whey protein, and make your on gainers at home. blend in your whey, with oats and double cream and you'll have the best gainer on the market! I even make gainers without whey, i just use milk solids, even cheaper, and even more nutrients!

This stuff made my kidneys hurt about 20-30 minutes after taking it.
Like the others said make your own or try Ultimate Nutrition Isomax Extreme
Gainer if you need a convenience product.
