Default LG Trifecta Log by Ouija - 09-04-2012, 05:43 PM

Ok, got my shiz in the mail today. I will however wait until DD is ready to rock to start downing this stuff.

Anywho, it all comes in one box, has a little paper about diet in it, 3 caps and a syringe. Dosing schedule/info is on the back of the box. Sadly not on the label but hey, just don't lose the box!

Def shake well before drawing, as this stuff does separate (the box has "SHAKE WELL" written just like that).

The whole shabang is supposed to take 7 weeks, 4 on the M1D & MM3, 3 on the FormaX.

Right now my weights solidly in the mid 180's, been training with moderate weight with a few heavy sets mixed in. Been real consistent in my lifts so I'll def let you guys know if things are moving up or down. I'm lean but by no means hard looking right now, I'll be keeping my diet the same and see what happens (puffy, drier, harder etc).

Busy day today, I'll try to log my workout tomorrow.

First impressions.

Doesn't taste bad for this sort of product. Not that it tastes great (esp not with toothepaste) but it's really not bad at all. Kinda sweet taste to it.

The bottles suck. Well not the bottles, but the caps for the bottle with the syringe opening don't fit on the bottles. Being true to my roots, I will try some sort of glue and duct tape solution. But the threads just don't match up, so take not LG, fix your bottles! The syringe works well though, and I'm glad they have a cap for it too.

Now I just gotta train my body not to make so much damn saliva...

Alright man, you might want to sit down....

I got my stack in a few days ago, however, I'm not going to start till next Monday. I didn't realize I had monthly drill this Thursday-Sunday. I just think it would be pointless to start it for 3 days and then have to stop for 4. So you'll have a week jump on me. Lol

Hmmm, this is the first I've heard of the caps not fitting! On another thought, don't dose right after brushing your teeth or using mouth wash. The fluoride makes it to where the compound is not absorbed properly in the mouth. I would say dose before brushing.

The bottles kinda seep a lil, still hatin on the caps! They work, but srsly they coulda done better.

Pushed through a brutal shoulder bender. Didn't feel good at the get go but it got better..

Rest day yesterday, ate a pizza..whatever.

Did quads n calves today. I didn't do much, but I can't walk...meh

Did squats with legpress superset. Then some calves...everything today was slow and deep

Already horribly sore/stiff/weak. Hope my bad knee holds out.

Bottles still leaky, ah well. I'm salivating much less, so can't complain there.

Felt weak as hell yesterday, maybe not enough water or something...coulda been the 4 mile hike I did earlier in the day.

Anywho pounded out a chest workout...hurtin bad today lol.

Then a few of us got to bs'n bout drugs at the gym, whilst doing flies and discussing our preference on techinique....but I did sets of 10 with 25-60lbs...so I'm just going to guess I did like 10 sets (at least)

135x5 for 3 sets

Did arms today....best I can remember. High intensity, very little rest. Got the pump going with warmup sets and didn't lose it the whole time i was in there, despite some socializing...and spotting some hein man doing 115lb db shoulder presses

On a serious note, how it says wait 15 minutes between doses, do you wait 15 minutes between the M1D and MM3, or just take them one right after the other.
