Wow man nice playlist. Mine is similar, and family system by chevelle is a sick song to lift to. Thanks for the reply! Anyone else?

I listen to a bunch of guys laughing and talking. No way we can listen to music during our training sessions. lol, either we're joking between sets or spotting. Funny thing is we all have our mp3 during each session

I usually watch videos during my cardio session tho.

Metallica
Korn
Slipknot
Chevelle
Papa Roach
And the list could go on and on!
I usually just set my player on shuffle and let it go. It kind of sucks when your in a middle of a lift and some slow song comes on. Lol.

Mine changes all the time.

My go to song for big lifts, if the first 10 seconds doesn't amp you up you hit the floor at birth before the doc could catch you: [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S8X7xb8IA-U"]Death Before Dishonor[/ame]

Usually tho buncha stuff

Crystal Method
Disturbed
Eminem
Five Finger Death Punch
Metallica
Iron Maiden
Powerman 5000
Paul Oakenfold
Rob Zombie
Stone Sour
Tantic
Three Days Grace
Black Label Society
Black Sabbath
DMX
Iced Earth

Pretty much stick to heavy metal, angry rap songs, and high tempo trance.

For the boring cardio tho pre-workout I'll throw in some ballads or something, just cuz they tend to wipe your emotion pallet clean and put all your feelings into one direction, and once gathered and focused I just switch it over to pissed off and amped.

I always start with the radio, then get fed up with commercials and Metallica normally ends up on. ZZ Top was rockin' today! haha.

I can't workout with a headset, drives me bonkers!

When I do I wind up wiping out way too early, and the music starts to annoy me because I am so wiped out!

Cardio I can deal with it though.

I think I have this on my "GYM" playlist.

Not bad man. More of a cardio song right? And what gym do you go to?

You've heard of em before or is this your first song? Believe it or not they're a Christian band even though they sound nothing like it. This song is nasty IMO.
