Default New Member Needing Advice - 10-03-2015, 02:32 AM

Hello everyone from IPYU. I am a 30 year old male 6'2 250lbs. I have recently just started going back to the gym about a week ago. My ultimate goal is the "looking good in a long sleeve shirt" look. I know eating clean is the most important part of getting the results i want. Which I am eating clean and about ~2400 cals a day. So my question is, i have done some research and what i found were the "best" supplements to take etc. So exploring IPYU and what they have to offer, I added to my shopping cart the 5lbs of the ON Whey Protein (#1 selling whey on the site) I am also buying the AllMax VitaSTACK. And thinking of buying Nitric Oxide Boosters ie: AI Sports Nutrition Agmatine, Is that too much or should I just stick with the Whey and Multi?

Any Advice to a newb that is new to the whole supplements?

Thanks

At 250, I imagine you're trying to drop a few lbs? If you're just getting back into it, whey and a vitamin will probably be good enough, then you can start experimenting with a little more.
