Okay so I recieved the package today and I'm using at the end of my workout!

Taste pretty good I have the Orange mixes up really nice no bloat so far but this is day one tomorrow morning will be the real test! workout today

I added the Karbolyn to post workout nice workout today pump was great felt like I was running the whole workout cut rest periods down I felt it!

gonna log workouts with this why I never ever thought about supplementing a fast acting carb mix beats me! This will only benefit the carb back loading as I have a hard time getting in the carbs I need!

Glad to see this up, great start too brother! You are going to love Karbolyn, I mix 1 scoop (50g) and sip throughout my workout and finish the last half or so post workout. Hit it hard BM!

I'm excited about doing legs today hitting them twice a week now hopefully this takes some of the stress of going all out on Sundays. Today will be devoted to squats...Sunday leg pressing Hams will be destroyed both sessions!

Man getting all excited thinking about it also looking into getting hooked up with a prep coach a guy at my gym is doing the Arnold amateure I've never seen a natural guy look so full and big during peak week low carb and depleted....just sick! his coach is IFFBB pro Lee Banks.

Thursday legs squatting and single leg presses trying to get the right leg up not balanced left leg has been working a tad bit more on leg work.



Leg extensions/ lying leg curls Warm up superset! Love the pump from this!



free motion squat machine

150lbs 3/4 squat times30 1/2 squat x30 ATG squat x30(this hurt more than anything I've done in a while! 90 reps



ATG Smith squats:

135lbs x20 x2

225lbs x12 x2

315lbs x12



Leg press (single leg)

2 45lb plates (just worked this back and forth for about 5-7 minutes

4 45lb plates x20

6 45lb plates x12



Leg extensions

150lbs x2 x20 hold at top



Really quick workout about an hour not my norm for legs maybe this is what I need for a while shorter leg session twice a week! Karbolyn has me a little bloated when I wake up no worries this should actually get better as I adjust to taking it!



Chicken sandwiches

3 medium potatos cooked in olive oil

Brown Sugar cinnamon PTs

Applesauce/banana

Eggs and a turkey salad in the am



I under ate got really late before I sat down to eat no worries the weekend is upon us!!!



Karbolyn post workout again noticed increased vascularity after taking it but this is just day 2 also feeling a little dehydrated going to up the water intake also.

1-Strength/Rep Increase Nothing to note pump was a little better yesterday!
2-Sustained Workout Energy: Having great energy in the gym period but this should be a great help restoring glycogen for the next day!
3-Focus Enhancement: nothing to note
4-Pumps : Great pump yesterday
5-Side Effects (or lack thereof) None a little stomach bloat for me but this may be from the bump in carbs.
6-Taste: Love the taste...not to over the top
7-Overall assessment: work in progress about 2 days in and I like it so far so good!

Okay I did try the Karbolyn intra today with BCAA's not bad at all I also still took scoop after my workout hope that wasn't overkill....felt great though nice energy during my arm workout Fri.!

Super sets tri's and Bi's nice full pump Friday almost painful so far so good love the add on of the carbs after workout fast acting. I don't have to be in such a rush to get some carbs in me when I get home. Updating more tomorrow!

I did take the Karbolyn intra workout Friday and wow the pump continue to get better and the session got longer seemed like I had energy to burn!!! Leg workout Sun and the pumps continue to get better! I will be using this after this run for sure!

I like the Karbolyn Intra this works out nice BCAA's have always been my intra drink this is a nice combo while working out about 20 mins in I can feel it kick in! This will be the way I use through the rest of my log! yesterdays workout pumps were intense!
