Weak ass shoulder workout. Something is off, could be bad sleep, or not enough food...idk just felt blah today.

Smith shoulder press (weight added)

...something like that. idk i just kept moving around doing exercises with no rest supersetting random workouts lol...shoulders were on fire. IDK if i was just bored, not in the zone, or just having an off day.

I will say I'm looking leaner, could be the lower cals, could be the LG drugs. I feel skinny today, bout to start putting some test e in the breakfast lineup haha

Half ass entry.

Did legs for 2 hours, just squats, extensions, and curls.

1st hour was all squats, finishing with a 9 rep set at 315..first time I've hit 5 plates since my knee injury!

2nd hour was 20 minutes of leg extensions, then another 20 of laying leg curls, all drop sets.

Then did some abs.

I'm waddling, I'm shot, and it's going to hurt so good.

Not noticing too much. I'm not nearly as sore as I should be, and my endurance is just fine even on longer days so this stuff could be working. Size wise I haven't seen any change, no real gains in strength either. I do look a bit leaner and am harder. No acne flare up, no weird effects downstairs, my hair isn't falling out any more than normal.

I've been thinking the old meat head slogan "up the dose" might apply here, idk if that would be bigger servings or since it's an oral absorb an additional serving(s)

Oof I dropped the ball on logging the last few days...

Did a back day, and a chest day since my last update, roughly the same deal.

Did 1/4 reps on ALL my chest movements just to see what would happen (of course it wasn't exactly light weight either). My upper chest has never been so sore (and I didn't do anything on an incline) and I'm now the proud owner of a new stretch mark (eh, w/e). Was an awesome workout tho.

Did shoulders today...horrible idea. For some reason still sore/weak from the last one. Kinda had a few bad days diet wise...mostly not enough water or fats. Was weak, still managed 90lb db presses as my last exercise, although I did need a spotter to keep me from getting too wobbly.

Judging by the bottles, I only have a few days left so I'm kinda throwing together my thoughts on this stuff.

I've been in touch with Eric (the guy behind LG these days). Cool guys, easy to talk to. Has some good ideas, I'll discuss that in my conclusion though.

So, sorry for no real log for the last 3 workouts but uh, just been bustin my ass free style going from one movement to the next just chasing a pump. It's workin but just a pita to keep track of

Crossed over to the Formadrol. By far the least good tasting and grainy at that...however I'm not saying it's bad. Eric told me in plain english that the liquid Formadrol should be more anti-estrogenic than the capsules I've used in the past so we shall see how I feel.

Workouts have been the same, at this point the log is more about how I feel than what I'm doing. Got a few thoughts on this stuff, I'll have to sit down and write out something decent later this week.

But on the all, so far so good.

Woah we squattin or dealiftin 405? I keep forgettin.

Nah didn't go past 225 yet on that. It's a whole different game on my knee than squats so i'm sorta relearning. Plus tryina keep legs n back away from eachother durin the week has been tough with training partners...kinda givin my buddy priority seein as he's 4 weeks out now.

Did crush legs today as a matter of fact. I had like 6 or 7 plates on the squat machine...feet together. I forgot to count seein as mr 4 weeks out had the damn thing loaded and was more worried bout pullin plates off for my sets lol.

But don't you worry, I'll have 405 pulled soon as I can. We need to start a challenge thread..

Tryin' to get both 405 squat and dead. I just gotta get the 405 squat! Lol. We'll see tomorrow, my lower back has been giving me fits on squats. 405 dead lift is in the books, shooting for 500 soon.

So, still rockin out on the Formadrol. I'm not sure there's going to be a sure-tell way to know if this stuff is working. Had no atrophy on the stack so I can't go by the normal marker of "getting my sack back". We shall see tho.

Bout do go hit back, did shoulders last night felt great.

So, hit 365 on deads. I'm so concentrated on how I'm moving my knee for the first 6 inches of the lift the rest of my form goes out the window so it wound up being a bit more wobbly looking than I would have liked. But I'm not hurt and with some more work (practice) I think I'll be able to do some heavy pulls in a few months, just hafta keep my knee as priority one and the weight second.

I also think I'm going to go back to the 2 on 1 off split, starting to look flat and burning wayy to many cals. Although I'm also toying with the idea of doing low impact stuff on the "off" day like abs, calves, and light cardio to keep my knee goin.
