Have no fear, Kris - I went back for more steak. Can only fit so much on the plate. The plates I use are pretty small - it aids in portion control. Protein is the only thing I go for seconds on.

Matt - I'm addicted to white potatoes and seem to have little sense of control when it comes to them. So my 'off' or 'cheat' days commonly consist of some kind of pasta or potato deal. I only have one cheat meal and I try to keep it fairly clean, as my body doesn't seem to tolerate a whole cheat day as well after eating decent all week. I just end up going into some kind of food/carb coma and end up feeling like hell.

For a great pm snack, IMO, cause with this little mini cut im trying to accomplish, i often get very hungry about 11 p.m., I have found that this little recipe has satisfied the huger moans as well as my sweet tooth.

4 oz of Fat Free Greek Yogurt
1-2 tsp sugar free Fat free pudding mix, any flavor
Equal or which ever artificial sweetener you use to taste only
a tad bit of water-to make creamy again
stir and enjoy

the breakdown approx:
0 Fat
80 Calories
4.5 Carbs
11.5 Protein

I love it and my kids will eat it not even realizing its GREEK yogurt and not the sugary brand at the store. Plus I can make any flavor I want. I have also thought about using Jello vs Pudding mix but have not ventured that far yet.
Happy eating!!
