Usually about 50 min 3-4 times per week. Make those minutes count!

And I will say, I enjoy longer sessions, but this is the time slot during lunch on weekdays and that's about all I can do with a busy life.

1 hour for me, no longer than that and not much shorter really. I do 5 times per week at the moment.

I've trained everything from 30 mins to 2 and a half hours. But for the last few months my sessions have been around 1 hour.

after about an hour your test levels start to drop really not doing yourself any good. stick to around like I said 45-60 minutes tops. If you have to split the time up from morning training and afternoon training. If your schedule can take it.

If I'm training twice a day, usually 45 minutes a session.
If I'm training to bulk naturally, 45 minutes 4-5 times a week.
If I'm cutting/maintaining I train 45 minutes plus whatever I do for cardio (15-30 min usually) 6 days a week.

Lately I'm there for about 1.5-2 hours though...including bullshit time, tanning and cardio.

Mac brings up a great point about test levels falling and other things going on after ~1 hour. Unless you are on drugs, in which case you can train as long as your heart desires and you will still grow, CNS be damned.
