Test charge so far so good sleep is solid strength is solid the only side was a twitch in my lef eyelid for a bit....Libido is up so things are working starting to shine through even more.

Leg day again...shoulder sore so no regular squats instead I used the Free Motion squat machine for some dropsets!

Yesterday I went back to 5-7 minute reps pop a five minute and 7 minute song and go till they are done. I did this for single leg pressing..calf work and Hamstrings lol...smoked. I love doing things a little different never been bored at the gym...I don't understand the statement The Gym is boring!

Calf raises single foot placement...leg press calf stretch leg press

2 45lb plates x20/standing calf raise/single leg press x20

4 45lb plates x20/standing calf raise/single leg press x20

6 45lb plates x20/standing calf raise/single leg press x20

8 45lb plates x20/standing calf raise/single leg press x20

5/7 min leg pressing

8 45lb plates

10 45lb plates

Free motion squat machine

200lbs x 20

400lbs x12

Dropset 400lbs x12 300lbs x12 200lbs x12 100lbs x12

Dropset 300lbs x16 200lbs x16 100lbs x16

Single leg 100lbs x12

Seated and lying hamstring

seated 140lbs x5/7mins

lying hamstring stomach off bench 70lbs x12

Notes: Endurance is on the rise rep range and recovery are getting better this is a natural test booster thats actually working!(increased production in the gym right now!!!

Test Charge is ramping up even more if I had one negative is the measuring method with the dropper...it gets messy but other than that for a natural athlete it is delivering results....strength increase...and recovery I have a little over a week left so gonna finnish strong.

Side lateral machine warm up/cable shoulder press

Side laterals...light weight 30-20-10lbs High reps(40-50)

Cable shoulder press..60lbs half press from bottom 10 reps...half press at the top ears 10 reps Full range of motion 10 reps x2

Rear delts rope face pulls (head down)

80lbs x12

90lbs x12

100lbs x12

110lbs x12

120lbs x12

Hammer strength rear delt press

2 25lb plates x20

2 45lb plates x20

2 45lb plates + 2 25lb plates x20

4 45lb plates x 12 10 secs up 10 sec down really slow

4 45lb plates x single arm x16

2 45lb plates x 12 10 secs up 10 secs down...12 regurlar reps

Smith shoulder shrugs

135lbs x20 front and behind back

225lbs x20 front and behind back x2

135lbs pull hold and squeeze x20

single arm 45lb plate x20

DB shoulder press

50lbs x12 5 secs up 5 secs down x2

may not seem like much but time under tension 10 and 5 sec holding and squeezing is not easy this aspect of my training is getting better. Strength and endurance are up!

sorry been busy hurt my lower back but training continues!

Okay so several workouts have passed and now the strength shows up around the third week.

My shoulder is a little sore and I have moved away from heavy bench press the hammer strength wide chest press is the safest heavy pressing I can get away with now. I know this does not replace heavy bench but all the parts equal the whole!

so the week before my Hammer strength pressing was 10 45lb plates total 5 on each side for about 6 reps. The past weekend I hit the 10 45lb plates for 14 reps and 6 per side 12 45lb plates for 8 reps! The strength shot up way up the end of the third week.

Leg pressing continues to see higher reps 50 reps range 100 rep range today I have about 3 days left and seriously thinking about doing another 30 after the 7 day break!

I will finish out my log strong I hurt my lower back wed last week deadlifting coming off low carbs..that and a uneven floor!

I greatly appreciate the chance to run the TEST Charge! I do like whats happened so far!
