Karbolyn is working out nicely I have been reluctant to use any carb drink intra I've been relying on BCAA's as my intra workout drink...this is a nice combo great for the style of workout I do!

strength is coming back and feeling comfortable again these numbers aren't new but when the body gets out of whack the strength suffers...getting back though. Feeling strong a certain confidence for sure I'm in control of all the weight I'm handling now! Tempo work even on leg day!

Legs and the strength is coming back with squats warming up slowing down taking my time...back on 405lbs ATG smith squats.

Nice leg workout actually thought I would get buried doing the 405lbs ATG's didn't so strength is on the up and up next leg session Sun Leg pressing.



Food has been hit and miss last night was fish(swai) tureky, noodles and rice, walnuts,almonds bananas peanutbutter honey, applesauce...olive oil.

I like this product intra workout this is a nice addition while you're working out this and the BCAA's is solid...the question is can it be taken intra and post...this works out to be about 100 grams of Karbolyn. If there are no problems taking it this way this would be my preferred method.

All workout production increases with this set up some people like to get in and out of the gym I workout till the job is done..may take an hour may take 2 hours...Endurance is not an issue taking this Intra workout!

Great back workout pumped sweat was going on this one endurance is up for sure.

The Karbolyn is tops Intra workout this is my preferred way to use it makes for some up tempo workouts! This was actually a fun workout!

Leg day again...shoulder sore so no regular squats instead I used the Free Motion squat machine for some dropsets!



Yesterday I went back to 5-7 minute reps pop a five minute and 7 minute song and go till they are done. I did this for single leg pressing..calf work and Hamstrings lol...smoked. I love doing things a little different never been bored at the gym...I don't understand the statement The Gym is boring!



Calf raises single foot placement...leg press calf stretch leg press

2 45lb plates x20/standing calf raise/single leg press x20

4 45lb plates x20/standing calf raise/single leg press x20

6 45lb plates x20/standing calf raise/single leg press x20

Seated and lying hamstring

seated 140lbs x5/7mins

lying hamstring stomach off bench 70lbs x12



Short and sweet nice workout legs were pumped my plan was to do box squats shoulder was to sore next week can't be salty about not being able to do a certain move got to keep it moving.

Okay why I haven't utilized a carb drink for post and intra workout I have no idea this is a great addition to my workouts. They usually are volume high rep medium heavy weight workouts.

The taste is great I have the orange and would love to taste the others... I would love to drink it intra and hit a quick 50 grams at the end of the workout do not if that's possible?

Endurance is a big plus with this I started taking it after workouts but changed over to intra and love the results.

I would use this daily and may have to add it to my supp wish list ...pre workout, intra workout, Post workout this easily fits in with my current goals off adding more size!

I give this one a big thumbs up!

Taste 10/10 Taste isn't harsh taste like orange to me!
Mixability 10/10 bam shaker cup and you're done!
Flexability 10/10 this would fit in to anyones workouts pre, intra, post workouts!
Discomfort: no cramping stomach bloating at all this was my a concern for me but no issues at all.
Endurance 10/10 performance increased as I sipped on this during my workouts no dog tired feeling at the end of my workouts for sure!

I have about a scoop left and sorry this already gone I like running things for 12 week cycles when possible this fits righ into that.
