Hey everyone

Iv started cutting however I was recently introduced to AMS products. Would it be beneficial for me to take them while cutting. To perhaps maintain muscle or maybe even pack on an extra pound or two of lean muscle. I don't really care to get much bigger so I don't know when ill bulk up again. Any help is appreciated!

cutting is all diet and cardio. you can takd 4-ad if you like..i believe they market that as a mass builder but if you diet is in check and you are getting cardio in you can cut on it.
