Nice lifts dude. I think that wasn't excessive. You're doing fine.

You're getting massive btw. You're having that buffed chest already when you get out of the machine in the second video.

Did you come from being fat?

in high school about 11th grade I put on some unwanted weight got up to about 235 with about 25% body fat

Started working out wot a chick I was taking and got Down to about 205 then caught the bodybuilding but and been going at it ever since.

Yea that second video my chest is pretty pumped. Got measured tje other day and it was right at about 60 inches

I'm bulking though the winter want to get close to 290 without my BF going any higher and then cut for my show in June.

Right now I stand at 264 and BF is at about 17% but that's mainly my stomach

dude who won mr Louisiana in 2006 told me if I get that stomach in check I'm probably right under 10% BF

I hold visceral fat. Don't reall hold any anywhere else thank god. Even at this BF I have striationa in my triceps

Put hard work on your stomach. It ain't easy cutting out that part.

I wish you the best.

Ah...now now. There's no such thing as spot reduction. Targeting the stomach, doesn't remove stomach fat. Wherever you gain fat first, is the last place you'll lose it no matter what exercise you are doing.

Yeah, I know. I think I had the wrong term. I meant that he should put more dieting effort for his stomach.

Man honestly I'm a hard gainer. People see me in person and say bullshit but I realy bust my ass in the gym to get what I have. My stomach actually comes fro when I first got into bodybuilding and I was told to eat shitloads of chicken and I worked by a kfc so I was going there on break everyday getting kfc and I ended up with sub par muscle gains and a gut and heartburn lmao.

Live and learn. I had to research and find out how to eat right. I started out at a 42-44 inch waist ad now I'm about a 34-36. So when I actually do some cardio my stomach should go bye bye pretty fast.

Lol. It should be lean chicken meat, not KFC chicken. But it's alright. We tend to make mistake when we're newbies.

Good job on the dieting. That is a huge reduction.

So you reduce all of that stomach size by just weightlifting? Awesome. I guess you shouldn't be doing cardio since, correct me if I am wrong, it will burn your muscle. If weightlifting profits you both muscle and weight health, then I'd recommend you just do it instead.

Yea man that's a decline. The sear was actually too high on that video. I was working out with a guy who is about 5'4 and I was tired of adjusting equipment lol. I like it way more than decline barbell presses

Yea I don't so any cardio at the moment scared I will lose muscle. My metabolism lately has been stupid fast. I've been hungry as hell right after I eat and lately I've been sweating my ass off. I also wear a waist trimmer belt around my stomach. I know it doesn't make u lose weight but I do feel that compression on my stomach and extra sweat helps it stay in check

Get some BCAA's in there if you don't already. Will help protect/maintain muscle while doing cardio. A great source is

I used the belt when I had loose skins all over my stomach because it was so bloated. I'll feel bothered everytime. Now, I just wear loose clothes for it.

Great work Dynasty.

The mind and the body are interrelated: what you do to one necessarily effects the other. There must be a balance between the two. If your body is strong but your mind is weak, you are a powerful instrument with no direction; such an instrument rarely produces good. If your mind is strong but your body is weak, then you may be filled with purpose and good intentions but have no strength necessary to act on your impulses. You must strengthen your mind to control your body; and strengthen your body so you can always follow the good directions of your mind.
