lack of water effects athletic performance, muscle tissue is 70% water and brain is probably more. plus i hate the feeling of spitting feathers, ive woken up at 5 am on a summer morning more than once absoultley gasping for water. almost not being able to breathe. then i down a litre of water in one shot and its like an orgasum. shows that one of the flaws of the human body is it cant last very long at all on no water.

Thats awesome brother! Keep doing so as water is the second most important compound that the body needs for survival after oxygen!

ROTFL!!! Dude, i can't stop laughing!!

ok, facts:
  • The longest a person can go without water is 10 days
  • The longest a person can go without food is four to six weeks

However, due to certain other variables, these numbers can vary.

Water is very important for muscle building. My trainer, I remember, had told me to drink small amounts water at regular intervals and try to keep a bottle of water with me all the time.

Mornings are a bit different, and its very healthy to start your day with lots of water and end your day with lots of water. During sleep muscles tend to lose water, hence you must drink water as you get up.

Struggle is optional, pain is inevitable.

Water is required for:
  • joint lubrication
  • digestion
  • circulation,
  • respiration

Weird little story. When I first started the lifestyle I went to GNC, and yes my wallet got raped. (Was still in training at work making 5.25 an hour, lol!.)

I was 15 and was just getting into supplements and purchased Animal M-Stak along with N.O. Xplode. I read the directions and I put a scoop and half of N.O. Xplode in a gallon of water and chugged the entire thing! I threw up freaking EVERYWHERE!

For all the 1g/1lb of bodyweight protein consumers!!

Higher Protein diets have a diuretic effect and require extra attention to drinking water

The processing of protein foods generates metabolic waste products that must be flushed out and removed by the kidneys. Without adequate water, the kidneys can't remove these wastes properly. It is a myth that high protein diets cause kidney damage. A high protein diet is not harmful to healthy kidneys, as long as plenty of water is consumed every day.
