Default A couple of questions from a Newbie - 03-09-2012, 01:54 PM

Hi everyone. Found the site after it was recommended by a trainer in the gym I go to. A couple of questions:

1) For the IPYU people. I live in the Tampa Bay area. Can I visit your location in Clearwater and order/pay/pick-up things that I see on the web-site??

2) For anyone. The multi-vitamin I have been taking has been GNC's Mega Mens Over 50. Since I have decided to stop getting raped (price wise) for the health things I buy, I need to find a new multi-vitamin. Any thoughts? Briefly about me - 53 years old, job make me sit on my you know what every day, overweight but I have worked out every day for the past 5 years. 50 minutes cardio one day, strength training the next. Take a pre-workout before (usually Jack3D, would love other recommendations), take protein after (Elite from Dymatize)

Appreciate any and all thoughts

Thanks

Some good multis are anavite, orange triad, and animal pak. As for preworkout try to switch it up man! You need to experiment with different ones. I personally like pump fuel, acg3, arnge crush, beast, and a few others. And your post is good but I lean more torwards recovery drinks like xtend, afterglow, even greenmag is a good post but its a creatine. So yeah I'm sure the other guys will provide a little bit more info than I did and welcome to ipyu

Welcome!

I don't work at the store, but once in a while there are things that have been run out of stock, but you can visit in person to shop.

For multi-vitamins, I like ON Opti-men. When comparing prices, don't just look at amount of capsules, look at the serving size as well.

Jack3d is probably one of the top preworkout supps imho.

Just by looking around today I will have to second the kind people part. I've been observing a different very popular bodybuilding forum for awhile and while they have some good info every thread turns into a fight lol
