Normally after lifting I'll go with straight whey, but sometimes I'll blend up a shake w/ whey, milk, natty PB, a banana, (sometimes honey) and oats. If I do that I'll normally just make 2x size and save the rest for when I wake up the next day. That way it's extra quick in the morning.

What you say definitely makes sense, so 2x shakes for PWO/morning is my "Idea" to add to this!
