Default Check out my diet? - 01-22-2015, 12:33 AM

Hey guys, and gals, just wanted to post my diet and get some opinions/tips/advice on it as a whole. I don't have the macros written down but I've weighed them out in the past and the protein and carb levels seemed to be fine, calories around 2,700. It's just been a while. Been eating this diet for about 5 months now, going well, just looking what I can do to maintain, maybe continue to add lean muscle, as well as promoting fat loss...

Stats... I'm 6'4", 251 Lbs, 35" waist, 18" arms, 18" neck, I can post pics here soon...

**I work nights to work better with my wrestling schedule.

3pm
6 Large Eggs (4 whites, 2 whole)
1 cup Quaker Oatmeal Cereal
1 Scoop BSN DNA Whey

4:15 - 5:45 (Workout + Tan)
Post Workout Shake - 2 Scoops BSN DNA Whey

8pm
8oz Beef or Chicken
2/3 Cup cooked jasmine rice

12am
8oz Beef or Chicken
2/3 Cup cooked jasmine rice

4am
8oz Beef or Chicken
2/3 Cup cooked jasmine rice

8am
6 Large Eggs (4 whites, 2 whole)

**Sometimes I "splurge" and put some ketchup on the eggs. I also might substitute the rice w/ the same measured portion of mashed sweet potatoes. Every so often I might add some cheese to the eggs...

My "gains" have been consistently nice, but I want more... At the same time with my mid section "leaner" I still have a little "stubborn" fat in the love handle area. It's not bad at all, but I also run around every weekend at shows in trunks and wrestling boots.
