Default Diet high in Dairy. - 02-07-2014, 09:59 AM

Hey guys, The only supplements I take are ON Whey protein (post workout) and Uni-Liver ( 9 pills a day, 3 at each main meal) I have a small local Dairy near me that has un-homogenized whole milk and heavy cream, free ranged eggs etc. I drink about 1/2 a gallon or more a day, 3 eggs on average and very high in fat heavy whipping cream in my post workout shake. When I started this diet and lifting a month ago I was 155lbs at 5' 9" now im 173lbs and so far its been muscle, so here is the question. Has anyone else done this long term and what were the results? Did you just get fat or what? My doctor would shit if I told her about this diet. (last time I was there my blood work was-cholesterol 175 and my triglycerides were 76) Is this an unhealthy approach to adding muscle and size? Im sure my blood work will sky rocket at next visit, but iv'e been reading that cholesterol is a myth. Who knows, im an Electrician not a Doctor. Everybody's two cents will be appreciated.

I'm sore, but i'll go to the gym. I'm not hungry, but I'll eat.

Too much of anything normally is not a good thing. Personally for me I feel weaker when I have a lot of dairy

If you where going low carb drinking all that heavy cream and milk really would not hurt so much but adding in carbs is what is making your triglyceride count so high. I would not have a problem so much with the high protein your getting but it is kind of over kill putting all that stuff in your protein shake. simple skim milk will do or even water. to much of it will only add up as extra calories and be stored as fat.
