well i had a business trip and have been going since sunday. There wasnt a legit gym that i could trian at so i had to skip until today. so i will update this with todays workout later

Thursdays workout:

Ate like shit for those few days while i was away and my sleeping pattern was off so my first day back was kinda adrag.

tried to go heavy but after the first few sets i knew id be going lighter today. Wasnt too bad but wasnt as good as it usually is. For how shitty i ate i am staying fairly lean, i think APE is helping with that. Hoping for some size and strength gains this week

Chest/tri:

Decline DB press
Incline Hammer press
Flat DB flys
High Cable flys
Two arm DB overhead Ext
straight bar press down (cable)

Friday: Back

Today was actually a really good day! had the day off to rest up and get some quality food down. Went heavy today but i also am working on contracting my back more when i row or do pull downs. Pump was out of control. Mental focus was there and i am starting to get this drive and sense of wellbeing when im am killing the weights! So APE is def starting to kick in

Back/bi:

pull ups supper set with pull downs
BB row
Rack pulls
Hyper EXT
Low Hammer row
EZ bar preacher curl
cable curl

Sat workout: Shoulders

Strength was def up. Pump was great. all in all a great workout. getting in the swing of things again. Id like to say that i am sleeping better also. APE is doing me great thus far!

workout:

Hammer stgth shoulder press
Reverse Fly
DB upright row
Side laterals
bb shrugs

another great day. i have been going more for the pump lately instead of trying to do as much weight as possible. My endurance is up and recovery is up.

Yesterday i was able to get in and kill Legs!

I had a great day! squats were decent but the leg press is where i had the drive and rediculous endurance. I did a superdrop set then worked my way back up to my max. It was intense. Looks like i actualy put on 2lbs and it seems to be good weight.

Legs:
ATG Squats
Close Stance leg press (huge superdrop set)
Leg Ext.
Standing Leg Curls
Laying leg Curls
Two lifts for Calves

20 mins of HIIT cardio also!

Skipped sunday but hit arms saturday:

great workout and strength is up. Nothing like prohormone up but for the ing profile on APE i am starting to be impressed with the results. seems to make me harder...not like shredded hard but my muscles are just harder

ARMS:
BB curl
Hammer Curl
fst 7 on Preacher curl machine
Decline skull crushers
Over head Cable rope ext
Fst 7 on straight bar cable press down.

great day! Hit deads and was able to get 595 for 3 and 625 for 1. Havent been that strong since i was bulking. Great product! strength is def up and size is coming
