Thoughts of the Day:

Missed day 3. Stomach was giving me issues, dehydration and lack of consistency with the diet for the last week on the road, are most likely the cause of that. Was lacking sleep also so called it an early night. Got a phenomenal night of sleep, APE maybe, idk but it was some much need rest. Got a good chest workout in this morning, using what i could in the fitness center. Chest looks pumped, way more than usual, feels good man. I added about 16lbs on my 3 month bulk, realistically probably 10 since i was super lean and dry when i finished the transformation contest at 152 so i did add some fat around the midsection back but everything else looks good. I think 12 weeks of APE is going to put me at a solid 165, diet will be back on track next week when im home.

Got a good workout in today, felt alot better. Maybe coming off a pre workout was part of the issue along with having an exhausting week.

Brutal leg day. Took a week off and came back to some good numbers. Still really tight, need to increase my flexibility. Gonna hit that 315 by the end of August.

Thoughts of the Day:

Intrabolic, Creatine RT, APE= APE mode. Got back in the zone today, this workout looks easier than it is. Needed to change it up and get back to the basics. Pistol squats are hard on my right leg which you can tell and my legs are destroyed from squats yesterday. Everything else was good, was surprised i got the 4 sets of pull ups
except the rep i slipped off. Pushups have gone up alot since i started going heavy on bench.

Training:

First did a max set of pushups, ended with 85, might have been able to squeeze out more but form was lacking

Next did a workout that was posted by some guys on Facebook.

Awesome! Cause I'm a beer nerd! Had over 400 and reviewed them all. But I stopped reviewing...and now just drink to enjoy! Although not much consumption right now on this cut.

Live Oak Hefeweizen (Tap only in Texas)

Thats a lot of beer! I tried out a few pale ales the other week when i was up in Montana from some brewery's up there, good choices

Talking Day 11: Rest and Refeed - 07-26-2012, 09:27 PM

Thoughts of the Day:

Ok maybe not complete rest, did do a set of pushups, 109 but not the greatest of form. Other than that a relaxing day and lots of carbs. Tomorrow will be legs and back at the gym and then arms on Saturday morning followed by a deep tissue massage on Sunday. Should put me in a good place to start week 3.

Things to note about APE: Endurance is through the roof right now. Will be testing out pull ups next week so we will see if there is a change. Libido/Sex drive is noticably higher. Recomp is going very well i am starting to look a little bit leaner already. Nothing to add on strength as of yet since i havent been lifting weights this week except for squats which went very well.

Training:

Set of Pushups and Rest

Motivation:

“Just keep moving forward and don't give a **** about what anybody thinks. Do what you have to do, for you.”

Diet:

3 Turkey burgers for lunch, not sure whats for dinner yet.
