Tonight was shoulder and triceps! Made more progress! I got more than I planned on increasing on DB shoulder presses which is a bonus on a bonus! I dig it! Energy was great throughout!

First day back in the gym this week for chest work and had a solid day, but only 1 rep of progress on my heaviest set....but hey it's progress. Felt good and gave it all I had. Guy that worked there spotted me so it allowed me to squeeze more out.

Yesterday was legs and after watching the olympics and was making me think about hammies. There's some good looking peeps on the olympics as far as physiques!

So on leg day I hammered my hammies as well as the usual on legs. No super heavy weight but higher volume and doubled up on hams by doing seated ham curls and lying ham curls. Amazing how little weight it takes on lying vs seated.

Over all I felt good yesterday!

*Today...my day started @ 3:51am when work called. I got dressed and headed in and been here ever since. We'll see how the gym goes today.

Yep, on overall size and what we look at we most of the time neglect our Hamstrings. we don't realize that is the bicep for the leg.

I have been trying to hit hamstrings harder as well. Do you work in stiff leg deadlifts? Those seem to hit mine the best.

That sucks about work though! I hate going to the gym after 12-13 hour work days. Try to push through it tonight!! And thanks for getting back to me on the text

Today was Chest and Biceps! Energy was great and other than broken shit in my daily life and occasional frustration...I've been in a great mood and experiencing good chillaxin well-being type feelings. LOL! I'll be ordering another couple of bottles of the APE when I'm done with this bottle!
